Subway is good in itself, but unfortunately I had a very unfriendly waitress.

I think it is definitely time that the health department was informed about the conditions in this restaurant. We were there because it wasn't that I bought a menu for € 2.90 and had to pay € 8.00 and I gave € 9.00 she gave me € 0.11 back. The sub was squeezed together and there was more sauce than anything else.

It was delicious and there was more sauce than other subway restaurants. Unfortunately no maxxy-motion menus. Still, as always, very good food.

Actually, I wouldn't give a star. When I got into the shop there was already a very long line. Orders continued to be accepted even though no payment had been made at the checkout and so up to 10 subs were jammed in front of the checkout. Accordingly, the people in the queue stood close together. In the end subs were exchanged .. as a result, wrong prices were deducted so paid too much .. which the employee could not cancel .. many customers simply left because it took too long and there were three employees behind the counter ...

Very tasty food. Small subway restaurant directly at Hanover main station. Open daily until 11 p.m. Nice personel. Two floors during the day. The second floor is closed in the evening. Toilet.

Employees do not wear a mask! What good is the Plexiglas pane if the employees spit on open food while talking. When I ask to wear one, there are unfounded arguments such as: those in other restaurants don't wear a mask either ?! held against it and in the end none attracted. So I went to eat somewhere else. I have seldom seen so much incompetence in one place.

There is no list in the shop that you have to sign in (when you are there). When we asked, it said it had to be there somewhere, after that they said, oh the list isn't there. No matter they don't need. I was also amazed at the prices. Now very expensive

People without a mask enter the shop, people sit down in a cordoned-off area, the notes are clearly visible so that everyone can read them, and hardly anyone registers anyway. Everything doesn't seem to matter here.

Unfortunately, a very large number of customers disregard the current hygiene regulations. They neither keep their distance nor wear a mask. The employees obviously don't care. They do not inform customers of the relevant regulations and do not wear masks when preparing the sandwiches or when staying in the dining room. Unfortunately, this branch is absolutely not recommended at peak times. The prepared sandwich was fine, but a star.

Last night we wanted to eat again at Subway what we experienced there was really disgusting! Under the table was a liquid substance stinking of the old urine, the salad bar totally dirty and mixed the skirting of various furniture dirty just plain disgusting! So I'd better drive to another subway

Sandwich was good and the service was good as well! The "sandwich artist" not putting enough ingredients on the sandwich was the only problem. Example: I asked for spinach, and she only put four leaves of spinach on my sandwich. Had to ask for more twice. And i dont know why they always assume you want your sandwich toasted. But the friendly service made up for it. What else do you want from a subway anyways?

The staff was unfriendly, we could only choose from 1 kind of bread and she was not amused when I translated from my friends. Every time I ordered something extra she was not amused with it. At the drinking tap for cola et cetera there came only a layer of foam and the drinks where diquisting and there was no bubbles on my drinks. After this I wanted to eat and the couch an tables where all dirty. The subs where al mixed up and I got a wrong sub. After eating I saw there came a mouse walking out of the drinking tap. Where I just drank my drinks out. This is zoo disgusting!

It was not the best subway I've ever been. And the personal was not very helpful or nice the food was good.
